The team at McLennan Adam Davis remain open for business and able to accept new instructions from new as well as existing clients in all practice areas. We will continue to provide legal advice and assistance to all clients, old and new, as and when required. That said, we are sure you will appreciate that we have to put steps in place to adjust our working practices at the present time. We have the technology and systems in place that will allow certain members of staff to work from home but they will still remain contactable (further details below).
In relation to clients with upcoming court appearances, please contact us in order that we can provide up to date advice on whether you require to attend at Court.
We can advise that with immediate effect, we would intend to facilitate all appointments by telephone rather than with clients attending at our Office. Where a face to face meeting is required, specific arrangements will be made on a case by case basis and only by prior arrangement. If you or any family member are showing any symptoms of illness at all, we must insist that you do not attend at our Offices. To assist with this, we would ask that you ensure we have your up to date mobile phone number and email address.
