In October 2014 I was arrested for failing to provide a specimen of breath to the police at the roadside and thereafter at Maryhill Police Office. We went to trial and I was found not guilty of failing to provide a sample in the police office and pled guilty to failing to provide a sample of breath at the roadside. I had nine points on my license and faced a totting up ban. You argued that exceptional hardship applied and the judge agreed and allowed me to continue driving.
